Trauma is defined as severe mental or emotional distress caused by an experience, serious injury to the body, or an experience that causes severe anxiety or emotional distress. In today’s world, most people have experienced at least one or the other. When left unattended or unhealed, trauma leads to unwanted mental patterns, behaviour changes, and health issues that limit you and keep you playing small. You are no longer operating as your best self.
